Our prices include Tourist Tax. Tourist Tax is charged in the amount of 2 EURO per day, for each guest over 16 years of age.
Arrival:
Your room will be ready at 4 pm. Please inform us prior, if you will arrive after 9 pm.
Departure:
We ask you to please check out before 11 am. We offer secure storage for your luggage, should you wish to spend your day of departure in St. Johann, or in our mytime wellness area. Late Check Out available upon request!
Room Requests:
Please understand and acknowledge that we can not confirm room numbers or levels prior to check in. Of course your category of room is confirmed.
Pets:
Your four-legged best friend is certainly welcome with prior notice. There is a daily charge of 15 EURO, food not included. Please understand and acknowledge that, due to hygienic reasons, pets are not allowed access to our restaurants and the mytime wellness area.
Underground Parking Garage:
Depending on your booking, a free parking space in our underground parking garage is available to you during your stay.
